- β 1 small Onion
- β 1 cup Fresh parsley
- β 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- β 1 teaspoon Ground coriander

- β 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- β 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- β 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- β 1/4 cup Tahini
- β 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β 2-4 tablespoons Water
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, and salt. Pulse until well combined and slightly grainy.
