- ● 3/4 cup Sour cream
- ● 12 ounces Egg noodles
- ● 2 tablespoons Parsley
Instructions
- 1Season the beef slices with salt and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef in batches until browned, about 5 minutes per batch, then set aside.
